This page explains, in plain language, what personal data the Shot by Bojan website (www.shotbybojan.art) collects, why, and how it's protected. If anything here is unclear, feel free to reach out through the Contact page.

Language preference

The site remembers your chosen language using your browser's local storage and a short-lived session on our server. This is purely functional — it isn't used for tracking or shared with anyone.

Analytics cookies

With your consent (via the banner shown on your first visit), we use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they find useful. This helps us improve the site over time. You can decline this at any time via the banner, and no analytics data is collected unless you accept. Declining doesn't affect your ability to use any part of the site.

Testimonials

When you submit a testimonial through the Utisci page, we store the username you provide, your star rating, the text of your testimonial, and the date submitted. This information is checked against our records to confirm you've been a client, and — once approved — is displayed publicly on that page. You can request removal of a testimonial at any time by contacting us.

Client photo galleries

Clients receive a private username and password to access their delivered photo gallery. These credentials are stored securely on our server and are never shared with third parties. Client galleries are automatically and permanently deleted after an agreed expiration period.

Contracts and consent forms

The Photography Services Agreement and Model Release forms collect the personal details needed to document a shoot (name, contact details, and — for minors — a parent or guardian's information). This data is used solely to record the agreement and is handled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, as stated in those documents.

Minors

We take extra care with any data relating to minors. Photographing a minor always requires a parent or legal guardian's written consent via the dedicated Model Release form, and that consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Your rights

You may ask, at any time, to see what personal data we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion — including withdrawing consent given through a Model Release, or asking for a testimonial to be taken down. Reach out via the Contact page and we'll handle it promptly.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the update date at the top of this page will reflect it. Significant changes will also be noted here.
